Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026. Effective from the date of first publication.

These terms have been prepared in good faith to clearly describe the relationship between you and Australian Data Removal. They do not constitute legal advice. For independent legal advice on your rights as a consumer, contact a solicitor or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission at accc.gov.au.

About these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Australian Data Removal website (www.ausdataremoval.com.au) and the services provided by Robinson Technology Solutions Pty Ltd trading as Australian Data Removal (ACN 695 272 836) ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase our services.

Our services

We provide the following services: • DIY Removal Guide — a written guide to assist you in removing your personal information from data broker platforms. This is a digital product delivered on purchase. No refund is available once the guide has been accessed. • Data Removal Services (Essential Removal, Complete Protection, Personal Guardian) — available from 1 July 2026. Specific terms for each service will be provided at the time of purchase. • Founding Member access — a pre-launch membership providing early access, locked pricing, and future benefits as described at the time of purchase. • Free tools — including the breach scan tool powered by Have I Been Pwned (HIBP). This tool is provided as-is for informational purposes only.

Purchasing a service

All purchases are processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. All founding member and guide purchases are one-time payments. No subscription or recurring billing applies unless explicitly stated. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address.

Refunds and cancellations

DIY Removal Guide: If you work through the guide step by step and do not find it genuinely useful — not just unclear on one platform, but not useful overall — contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. We ask that you have actually worked through the material. This is the full terms of our published guarantee. Nothing in this clause limits any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Founding Member: Due to the pre-launch nature of this offering and the immediate value provided (locked pricing, credential issuance, and access to founding member benefits), founding member payments are non-refundable once the member credential has been issued. Nothing in this clause limits any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Data Removal Services (from July 2026): Refund policy will be provided in the service-specific terms at time of purchase. If you believe there has been an error with your purchase, contact us at hello@ausdataremoval.com.au within 7 days.

What we do not guarantee

We do not guarantee that: • Every data broker or platform will comply with a removal request • Removed listings will not be re-added by third parties at a later date (this is common practice among data brokers) • The breach scan tool will identify every breach your information may have been involved in — it is limited to breaches indexed by HIBP • Our services will result in the complete elimination of your online presence We will always report honestly on what we have done, what we have achieved, and where we could not get a result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian consumer law, our liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be excluded.
