Our Story
Built because we thought everything else was a scam.
Most Australians assume services like this are dodgy. They are right to be suspicious — the market is full of automated platforms that charge a monthly fee, send you a PDF, and call it privacy protection.
We started ADR because the problem is real and the solutions are not. Data brokers are a growing industry. Your address, your phone number, your employment history, your family connections — they are out there, being sold, right now. The Privacy Act reforms are coming but they are slow.
We are also here because we understand the problem from first-hand experience in high-stakes situations involving privacy and data breach. Nearly three decades working across remote mining operations, LNG vessels, and executive environments — where data security is not a feature, it is a non-negotiable. We know what is at stake when information falls into the wrong hands. That experience is why every client, company, and organisation that engages us receives the same treatment: our full attention and the highest assurance that from the moment of engagement, your privacy and data safety is our single biggest concern.
So we built something different. Human operators, manual removals, transparent reporting, and a genuine commitment to the community we serve. We make money. We are not embarrassed by that. Secure Payment Processing
Payments are handled through Stripe's established checkout infrastructure. Customer communication, receipts, and member issue records are handled separately from payment processing for clarity and control.
Member Credential Issuance
Each Founding Member receives a recognised access credential tied to their membership status. Credentials are issued by Hugo and logged against a unique ADR reference number.
Verification-Ready Certificates
Service and membership certificates are structured for future verification and record control. Each certificate carries a reference number, issue date, service scope, and operator signature.
Minimal Data Handling
We only hold what is required for the service pathway in use. We do not build the business around unnecessary data storage and we do not sell or share client data under any circumstances.
Human Review Standards
Where a service is human-led, that is stated clearly. Where a function is automated, that is stated clearly. There is no confusion between the two — and no automation theatre.
Audit and Record Control
Core actions, issue events, and credential states are designed to be traceable and reviewable. Our own audit system is publicly visible to founding members.
