We ask that you've actually worked through the material, because the guide is practical and the results depend on doing the steps. This isn't a gotcha condition — it's just fair. If you do the work and it doesn't help you, you shouldn't be out $75.”
What this covers
The 14-Day Worked Through It Guarantee applies to the DIY Data Removal Guide ($75). If you purchase the guide, work through the removal steps, and genuinely find it does not help your situation, contact us at hello@ausdataremoval.com.au within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
What “worked through it” means
We ask that you have genuinely attempted the removal steps in the guide before requesting a refund. This is not an obstacle — it is how the guarantee is named. The guide works. If you follow it and it does not produce results for you, we want to know and we will refund you.
What this does not cover
Founding Member fees are non-refundable once your credential has been issued. This reflects the nature of a founding membership — you are locking in a permanent rate and a recorded position in the founding group, both of which are delivered immediately on payment.
Manual removal services (opening 1 July 2026) are subject to their own service terms, which will be published before bookings open.

Nothing in this guarantee limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If you have a question about your rights, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) provides guidance at accc.gov.au.
